This study evaluated the efficacy of Amalaki Churna as a Rasayana in managing hair fall in 30 patients over 60 days. Participants took 3g of Amalaki Churna twice daily, and assessments were conducted using a hair-comb test, tracheoscopy, and subjective parameters. Results showed a statistically significant reduction in hair fall (p<0.001), improved hair tensile strength, and reduced symptoms of Keshalpata and Darunaka, with no adverse effects reported. The study concludes that Amalaki Churna is promising for hair fall management due to its antioxidant, vitamin C, and Tridoshahara properties.
