TLDR Azelaic acid is effective for treating rosacea, acne, and melasma.
Azelaic acid (AZA) is a naturally occurring dicarboxylic acid with various physiological activities, such as antibacterial, anti-keratinizing, antimelanogenic, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory effects.
