The study investigates the therapeutic potential of a combined formulation of curcumin and piperine loaded in niosomal nanoparticles to treat acute pulmonary toxicity induced by paraquat (PQ) in mice. The results suggest that this combination offers a promising strategy due to its enhanced bioavailability and potent antioxidant activity, which may effectively mitigate the toxic effects of PQ on the lungs.
