TLDR The drinkable supplement reduced hair shedding and increased hair growth in women.
This study evaluated a novel drinkable food supplement's impact on hair loss in women with telogen effluvium (TE) over 6 months. Involving 37 participants, the study found a 12% increase in hair density and a 28% reduction in hair shedding, with significant improvements in the anagen to catagen/telogen (A:C/T) ratio. Participants reported high satisfaction, with 97% noting a re-densifying effect and 91% observing decreased hair shedding. Despite promising results, the study's small sample size and lack of a placebo group suggest the need for larger, controlled trials to confirm these findings and further explore the supplement's effects on hair growth.
