This case study evaluates the effectiveness of an Ayurvedic treatment for Darunaka (dandruff) using a paste made from Amrabija Churna (mango seed powder) and Haritaki Churna (Terminalia chebula powder) mixed with milk. A 14-year-old male patient with Darunaka experienced significant relief from symptoms such as itching, hair fall, scalp dryness, and scaling after completing the treatment. The study suggests that this Ayurvedic formulation is a safe, cost-effective, and easily applicable treatment option for managing dandruff, especially in pediatric patients.
