    A 3.5-month-old female with cystic fibrosis (CF) exhibited rare symptoms of hair and eyelash depigmentation, dermatitis, malnutrition, edema, and anemia. Following treatment with pancreatic enzyme and vitamin supplementation, her skin condition improved, and her hair returned to its normal brown color. This case highlighted an unusual presentation of CF, emphasizing the importance of recognizing diverse symptoms for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
