TLDR The Mito-Activator Complex boosts hair growth by activating mitochondria.
The study investigates the potential of a novel Mito-Activator Complex (MiAc), composed of nicotinamide derivatives and epigallocatechin gallate, to enhance hair growth by stimulating mitochondrial activity. In vitro analyses demonstrated increased ATP levels, mitochondrial content, and expression of mitochondrial factors in human dermal papilla cells and fibroblasts treated with MiAc. A 6-month clinical trial involving adult men and women showed significant improvements in hair density and growth without adverse effects. The findings suggest that MiAc is a promising candidate for hair loss treatment, effectively promoting hair growth through mitochondrial activation.

A study that outlines the full model for androgenic alopecia (AGA) which links DHT to cellular senescence in dermal papilla cells, and suggests black chokeberry as a source of cyanidin 3-O-arabinoside polyphenol with potential anti-oxidant properties that could reverse this process. The post encourages reaching out to experts in anti-aging and longevity to research treatments involving the polyphenol.

community Red light therapy that works well

Red light therapy with dual wavelengths (650nm and 850nm) can stimulate hair regrowth without DHT blockers. Consistent use of a panel with these wavelengths has shown positive results in hair regrowth.
