This narrative review examines the intersection of aging and plastic surgery, highlighting biological principles, innovations, and ethical considerations. It identifies key themes such as the biology of aging, regenerative and esthetic innovations, genetic and pharmacologic longevity strategies, and future directions like nanotechnology and AI. While immortality is still aspirational, advancements in regenerative science and longevity research present opportunities to enhance healthspans. The review emphasizes the need for medicine to balance innovation with ethics, equity, and safety in applying these discoveries to patient care.
