    This case report discusses the Ayurvedic management of Indralupta, correlated with Alopecia areata, using Prachana and external applications. An 18-year-old female with patchy hair loss, dandruff, and thinning hair was treated at the Shalakya Tantra Department, Kannur. The treatment involved one session of Prachana Vidhi, leading to noticeable hair regrowth within 7 days. The report highlights the effectiveness of Prachana and Shiro-Lepana (indralupta mashi + eladi keram) in treating Indralupta, demonstrating Ayurveda's potential in addressing this condition.
