Effective management required a comprehensive treatment plan often involving multiple modalities. Accurate assessment of keloids was crucial, considering their impact on physical symptoms, quality of life, and psychosocial status. The review provided insights into the natural history, clinical features, and therapeutic advancements for keloids based on recent literature.
