    The study presents a novel multilevel mechanoregulative hydrogel designed to improve healing of infected diabetic wounds at mobile sites, which are prone to persistent hyperglycemia, oxidative stress, and drug-resistant bacterial colonization. The hydrogel features an inner dynamic boronate ester network for glucose-responsive delivery of antibacterial agents and oxidative stress-balancing nanoparticles, effectively eradicating bacteria and remodeling the inflammatory microenvironment. The outer elastic network manages mechanical stress, reducing fibrosis and enhancing cellular activity. In vivo results show the hydrogel promotes ordered wound regeneration, including normalized epidermal differentiation, enhanced hair follicle neogenesis, and functional remodeling of neovasculature and extracellular matrix, offering a promising strategy for scar-reduced healing of diabetic wounds.
