TLDR Nanofat with stem cells is promising for treating hair loss, scars, and skin rejuvenation.
The study focused on characterizing the Hy-Tissue Nanofat product, which was used in regenerative medicine due to its high content of adipose-derived stem cells (ASC). The research demonstrated that the nanofat could isolate a significant number of proliferative nucleated cells per milliliter of treated fat, with ASCs showing high differentiation capacity into various cell types. The presence of multilineage-differentiating stress-enduring (MUSE) cells was confirmed, enhancing the pluripotency of the nanofat. This made it a promising tool for treating conditions such as alopecia, scars, and skin rejuvenation, offering a simple and feasible strategy in stem cell therapy.
