TLDR miR-148a and miR-10a affect hair growth in Hu sheep.
The study identified a target relationship between miR-148a, miR-10a, and BMP7, and demonstrated the impact of miR-148a and miR-10a on the proliferation of dermal papilla cells in Hu sheep. These findings laid the groundwork for future research on the role of miR-148a and miR-10a in BMP7-mediated regulation of hair follicle growth and development.
