TLDR SVF is safe and effective, but research quality is low; new guidelines are proposed to improve future studies.
The study reviews the quality of research on the clinical applications of stromal vascular fraction (SVF), finding that while there is scientific evidence supporting its safety and effectiveness, the evidence is generally of low quality. To improve the reliability and consistency of future research, the authors propose the CLINIC-STRA-SVF reporting guideline, which aims to standardize the design, conduct, recording, and reporting of clinical trials and studies involving SVF.
