    The study successfully scaled up a plant-based shampoo formulation for dry and damaged hair from a 100 mL laboratory scale to a 40,000 mL industrial scale while maintaining quality, safety, and stability. The formulation included nonionic and amphoteric surfactants, moisturizing agents, plant-derived keratin, and essential oils. Key physicochemical parameters such as pH, viscosity, and density were consistently monitored, and microbiological safety was ensured through ISO-standard assessments. The formulation demonstrated stable physicochemical characteristics and microbiological integrity across all production scales, highlighting the potential for industrial scalability of naturally derived hair care products and the importance of quality control in cosmetic manufacturing.
