    This study evaluated the socio-demographic and clinical profiles of 100 women with PCOS in Kushtia, revealing that the majority were housewives, aged 21-30, and married, with a significant portion experiencing infertility. Common clinical symptoms included dysmenorrhea, acne, alopecia, and hirsutism. The study highlighted the importance of assessing metabolic abnormalities in PCOS patients for timely intervention to prevent future complications.
