These interactions are crucial for maintaining immune homeostasis, regulating inflammation, and supporting hair growth. The dynamic remodeling of dWAT during the hair follicle cycle provides essential metabolic support and facilitates immune cell communication, influencing hair follicle regeneration by modulating local inflammatory responses and immune cell behavior.
