A 20-year-old male with alopecia areata, characterized by patchy hair loss, was successfully treated using Ayurvedic methods, specifically Pracchanna and Lepana, as per the Chikitsa Sutra. The treatment, guided by butter paper analysis and SALT II scoring, achieved complete hair regrowth in all affected patches, with no recurrence observed after the illness had persisted for over 6 months. This case highlights the effectiveness of Ayurvedic management in treating alopecia areata.
