This case report describes a rare occurrence of Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada disease (VKHD) with oral manifestations in a 21-year-old female. VKHD is a chronic autoimmune disorder that typically affects ocular, dermatological, and auditory systems, but oral involvement is rare. The patient showed symptoms including vitiligo, alopecia, and enamel hypoplasia, with a genetic mutation in the CNNM4 gene identified. The report highlights the need to recognize atypical VKHD presentations for effective management and suggests a possible link between VKHD and oral health, indicating a need for further research.
