Patients received a median of 5 cycles of treatment and were followed for a median of 12.9 months. Common adverse events included alopecia (90.7%), diarrhoea (37.2%), and fatigue (34.9%). Severe adverse events included neutropenia (27.9%) and diarrhoea (18.6%). Dose adjustments were necessary for 25 patients due to adverse events or pre-existing conditions. The median progression-free survival was 5.0 months, and the median overall survival was 13.1 months. The findings aligned with clinical trial data, but further studies were suggested to optimize treatment and manage adverse events.
