The patient continued her conventional pharmacotherapy under rheumatology co-management. The report highlights the potential benefits of combining naturopathy and yoga with standard treatment in managing SLE, as evidenced by improvements in immunological, haematological, and patient-reported outcomes. This approach may address both the physical and psychological well-being of patients with SLE.
