Results showed that men with a family history of PCOS had significantly lower median sperm concentration and a higher incidence of hair loss (64%) and gynecomastia (25%). Interestingly, dyslipidemia was associated with significantly higher semen concentration and sperm motility. The findings suggest that men with a family history of PCOS exhibit distinct reproductive and metabolic characteristics.
