Imaging showed bilateral ground-glass opacification, and lab tests indicated positive Anti-Nuclear Antibody and Anti-Ro antibody, with reduced serum complement levels. She was diagnosed with Lupus Vasculitis and treated with steroids, mycophenolate mofetil, and hydroxychloroquine.
