It involved 100 volunteers for irritation and sensitization, 10 for TEWL and facial sting studies, and 7 for erythema reduction. The gel significantly increased collagen types I and III, reduced UV-induced erythema comparable to 0.5% hydrocortisone, and decreased TEWL by up to 49%. It was nonstinging, nonirritating, nonsensitizing, and noncomedogenic, with no adverse reactions reported. Ingredients like niacinamide, witch hazel, and oat kernel extract contributed to its anti-inflammatory and moisturizing benefits.
