Two locally sourced rosemary samples were analyzed, revealing that the essential oils were entirely composed of terpenes or their derivatives. The study found that SPME was superior to direct injection, as it identified a larger number of volatile compounds. This method enhances the value of rosemary products, potentially benefiting local economies in regions like Uzbekistan.
