TLDR Using temgikoluril with alopecia treatment reduces anxiety and improves satisfaction.
The study evaluated the impact of anxiety on alopecia therapy outcomes in women, involving 42 patients in the main group and 40 in the control group. The main group received the anxiolytic drug temgikoluril alongside standard alopecia treatment. Results showed that the main group experienced a significant reduction in anxiety levels at 6 and 12 weeks, compared to the control group. Both groups showed improvement in hair condition, but the main group reported better emotional well-being and less preoccupation with hair loss. The study concludes that incorporating anxiolytic therapy with temgikoluril can significantly reduce anxiety and enhance treatment satisfaction in alopecia management.
