Exo.Reset® is a cosmetic product utilizing extracellular vesicle (EV) technology for skin rejuvenation, developed with adherence to international standards like MISEV2013 and South Korea's 2024 guidelines. The product incorporates Lactosome 55, derived from Lactobacillus brevis, combined with 22 active ingredients to enhance skin rejuvenation, hydration, and barrier repair. Safety evaluations, including a clinical trial with 30 participants and a Human Repeat Insult Patch Test with 60 volunteers, confirmed its excellent dermal tolerance and safety. Exo.Reset® upregulates genes associated with cellular longevity, energy metabolism, antioxidant defense, and structural integrity, supporting its potential as an antiaging product. Despite regulatory challenges, the product exemplifies best practices in EV-enabled cosmetics, aiming to inspire further innovation in the field.
