It is recommended to use MI at a dosage of 4 g/day for at least 6 months. Additionally, combinations of MI with folic acid and vitamin D₃, or with D-chiro-inositol, are preferred for addressing metabolic dysfunction and hyperandrogenism. The study suggests integrating MI-based therapy into the comprehensive management of PCOS-related skin issues.
