Additionally, the cream altered the facial microbiota, increasing α-diversity and shifting bacterial composition, notably reducing Staphylococcus spp. and Cutibacterium spp. while increasing Streptococcus spp. The findings suggest that VHProbi ® MixP may be effective in managing oily skin by reducing hyperseborrhea, enhancing hydration, and modulating the skin's microbial community.
