Preclinical and early clinical studies report positive outcomes for conditions like diabetic ulcers and alopecia. Advances in biomaterials and tissue engineering enhance these therapies' potential. However, challenges like standardization, scalability, and regulatory hurdles remain. Future research should focus on multicentre trials and standardized protocols to advance clinical application.
