May 2026 in “Preprints.org” This study evaluated the effects of a combination of cystine, B vitamins, and minerals (Pantovigar® vegan) on diffuse hair loss in 34 women aged 30-75 over 6 months. Results showed a significant increase in the anagen hair rate by 2.35% and a decrease in the telogen hair rate by 2.35%, leading to a 2.37% increase in the anagen/telogen hair ratio, indicating improved hair condition. Participants reported positive feedback on hair condition, and no serious side effects were observed. The nutrient combination was found to be beneficial, well-accepted, and safe for managing diffuse hair loss in women.
