This case report discusses a three-year-old male Labrador Retriever diagnosed with canine atopic dermatitis (CAD), a chronic inflammatory skin disease linked to environmental allergens. Despite previous treatments, the dog experienced persistent pruritus and skin lesions. Diagnosis was confirmed using Favrot’s criteria after excluding other conditions. The dog was treated with oclacitinib, skin barrier supportive therapy, and long-term management strategies, resulting in significant clinical improvement. The Pruritus Visual Analog Scale (PVAS) score decreased from 8/10 to 2/10 after one month, demonstrating the effectiveness of a multimodal therapeutic approach in managing CAD.
