Combination therapies, such as those with minoxidil or platelet-rich plasma, outperform monotherapies. Common side effects include transient erythema and mild pain. The review highlights the importance of patient selection, appropriate laser parameters, and managing expectations, while suggesting future research focus on standardized protocols and long-term efficacy.
