October 2015 in “Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology” The study evaluated a novel facial serum containing apple stem cell extract, pro-collagen lipopeptide, creatine, and urea for its anti-aging effects. In vitro tests showed that the serum increased oxygen consumption, cellular ATP levels, and reduced mitochondrial ROS production in human senescent fibroblasts. In a clinical study involving 32 women with sensitive skin and wrinkles, the serum was applied twice daily for 28 days. Results indicated a significant anti-wrinkle effect in 71% of participants, with visible improvements in 68% after just 7 days. Additionally, there was a notable increase in dermal density and skin elasticity. The serum effectively improved signs of aging by optimizing cell metabolism.
